The 107^th regular session of the State Electricity Regulatory Commission (SERC), shall take place on Wednesday, 10 October 2012 commencing at 11:00 hrs, with the following agenda proposed:

1. Adoption of the minutes of the 106^th regular session of the Commission held on 19 October 2012
2. Discussing a proposal and passing a Decision on the adoption of Licensing Rule
   

The session shall be open to the public and shall take place at the headquarters of SERC in Tuzla, Miška Jovanovića St. No.4.

All interested persons may attend the session. Members of the public may attend the session with no right of direct participation.
