The 104^th regular session of the State Electricity Regulatory Commission (SERC), shall take place on Thursday, 26 July 2012 commencing at 12:00 hrs, with the following agenda proposed:

1. Adoption of the minutes of the 103^rd regular session of the Commission held on 11 July 2012

2. Adoption of Rules on amendments to the Connection Rules

3. Adoption of a Decision on adoption of Financial Plan for 2013

The session shall be open to the public and shall take place at the headquarters of SERC in Tuzla, Miška Jovanovića St. No.4.

All interested persons may attend the session. Members of the public may attend the session with no right of direct participation.
