The 98^th regular session of the State Electricity Regulatory Commission (SERC), shall take place on Thursday, April 26, 2012 commencing at 13:00 hrs, with the following agenda proposed:

1. Adoption of the minutes of the 97^th regular session of the Commission held on April 16, 2012
2. Adoption of a Decision on setting tariff for electricity transmission services
3. Adoption of a Decision on setting tariff for operation of the Independent System Operator
   

The session shall be open to the public and shall take place at the headquarters of SERC in Tuzla, Miška Jovanovića St. No.4.

All interested persons may attend the session. Members of the public may attend the session with no right of direct participation.
