The 97^th regular session of the State Electricity Regulatory Commission (SERC), shall take place on Monday, April 16, 2012 commencing at 12:00 hrs, with the following agenda proposed:

1. Adoption of the minutes of the 96^th regular session of the Commission held on February 22, 2012
2. Adoption of Conclusions on updating annexes to Licensing conditions for the activity of electricity transmission
3. Adoption of  a Decision on granting an international electricity trading license to “KTG Zenica” d.o.o. Zenica

The session shall be open to the public and shall take place at the headquarters of SERC in Tuzla, Miška Jovanovića St. No.4.

All interested persons may attend the session. Members of the public may attend the session with no right of direct participation.
