The State Electricity Regulatory Commission – SERC informs all interested parties that on Wednesday, January 25, 2012, upon the application of ČEZ BiH d.o.o. Sarajevo, the draft Licensing conditions for temporary license for performance of the activity of international trade in electricity will be made available to the public.

The applicant was registered at the Sarajevo Municipal Court on March 21, 2008. The founder of the company is ČEZ a.s. Prague, the Czech Republic with 100% share in the capital stock.

Interested persons may obtain prepared Draft at the SERC seat free of charge, or may take it over in the electronic form from the web site: www.derk.ba.

Verbal and written comments can be presented at the public hearing, which will take place at the SERC seat in Tuzla, Miška Jovanovića 4/II, on Wednesday, February 1, 2012 at 12:00 hrs.

SERC will also consider written comments received no later than February 2, 2012 at the SERC address.
