The 95^th regular session of the State Electricity Regulatory Commission (SERC), shall take place on Thursday, January 26, 2012 commencing at 11:00 hrs, with the following agenda proposed:

1. Adoption of the minutes of the 94^th regular session of the Commission held on January 19, 2012
2. Adoption of  a Decision on amending the Decision on determination of tariffs for ancillary services

The session shall be open to the public and shall take place at the headquarters of SERC in Tuzla, Miška Jovanovića St. No.4.

All interested persons may attend the session. Members of the public may attend the session with no right of direct participation.
