Draft Licensing Conditions for International Trade in Electricity

Pursuant to Article 4.7 of the Law on Transmission, Regulator and System Operator of Bosnia and Herzegovina („Official Gazette of BiH“, no. 7/02), Article 78 of the Rules of Hearing Procedures („Official Gazette of BiH“, no. 38/05) and Article 10 of the Licensing Rule („Official Gazette of BiH“, no. 38/05), the State Electricity Regulatory Commission issues

NOTICE

ON PUBLIC HEARING

The State Electricity Regulatory Commission - SERC informs all interested parties that on Tuesday, November 15, 2011 upon the application of “Repower Adria”, d.o.o. Sarajevo, the Draft Licensing Conditions for Use of License for Performance of the Activity of International Trade in Electricity will be made available to the public.

The applicant is the owner of an initial, that is, temporary two-year license for performance of the activity of international trade which expires on February 14, 2012.

The procedure for determination of the applicant’s ability to continue performance of the licensed activity using a five-year license is in progress.

Interested persons may obtain the prepared draft at the SERC seat free of charge, or take it over in electronic form from the web site www.derk.ba.

Verbal and written comments can be presented at the public hearing, which will take place at the SERC seat in Tuzla, Miška Jovanovića 4/II on Wednesday, November 23, 2011 at 11:00 hrs.

SERC will also consider written comments received no later than November 24, 2011 at the SERC address.
