Pursuant to a Decision of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Mr. Milorad Tuševljak has been appointed as a member of the State Electricity Regulatory Commission, with the term starting on August 10, 2011.

According to the Law on Transmission of Electric Power, Regulator and System Operator of Bosnia and Herzegovina, members of the Commission are appointed for a five-year term and no person may hold the position of a Commissioner for more than two terms. Mr. Milorad Tuševljak replaced Mr. Vladimir Dokić, M.A. who had performed this duty since the establishment of the State Electricity Regulatory Commission.
