In accordance with the principle of rotation of the members of the State Electricity Regulatory Commission in the position of the Chairman, Mr. Nikola Pejić has begun to perform this function since 1^st July 2011.

Namely, after the expiry of one-year term of Mr. Mirsad Salkić, on 30^th June 2011, Mr. Nikola Pejić, a member of the Commission, was elected Chairman of the Commission for the new term.

Pursuant to the Law on Transmission of Electric Power, Regulator and System Operator of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the position of Chairman shall rotate annually on an equal basis between the members of the Commission.
